In this episode of Life Lessons, Gin and Sheri welcome back Lorrie McDonald, who was a guest on episode 18. When Lorrie’s husband told her to plant something to hide a pool pump, she discovered the world of herbs. As a lifetime learner, Lorrie set out to learn all she could about herbs, from the earth to the table and everything in between. Having been the caretaker for a family member with Alzheimer’s, Lorrie was especially interested in how herbs support health, and brain health in particular. In this episode, Lorrie shares information regarding what she considers to be the most important herbs that people should be incorporating into their lives. Plus, they are delicious!
