Dr. Abby shares strategies for implementing powerful changes within your relationships based on cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT. Dr. Abby uses an acceptance and mindfulness approach to therapy using a Schema technique to help people enhance both personal and professional relationships. By understanding your schema as well as the other schema types, you can learn to modify your behaviors to reach your relationship goals.
