Thank you for this! I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. I had my other knee replaced 2 years ago. This knee has been so much more difficult to recover from. However, I am recovering! I first tried IF February 2020. I was initially successful. My husband has suffered with ulcerative colitis for many years. The last 3 have been way worse. In September 2021 he had a total colectomy. Therefore, this last year has been very difficult and I didn’t follow IM, gained back the weight.

I am so glad you mentioned that taste buds will change when doing IF. I keep telling my husband that things just taste different to me now. I am seven weeks into IF and my favorite things to eat just don't taste the same. They seem to be bland. I feel that it is my body somehow changing how things taste, so I won't want for those foods anymore??? Does that make sense?
