I love listening to this show. I always enjoy the stories and the tips. Today’s tip- I can so relate. I am a fast eater as well. I don’t know why I eat fast and I really want to work on it. I think I will try her tip for sure.
I tell myself to think about eating slow and putting my fork down, but by the time I sit to eat, the thought is gone. I think two reasons maybe why I developed the habit; I was so used to eating fast when my three kids were little, someone would always need to go to the bathroom or would need something and I wouldn’t get to finish my food. The other thought, I was one of seven growing up and we were not very fortunate to have a lot. And I had five brothers, I had to eat fast before they ate my food along with theirs.
